A Neoclassical manor house from the late 18th century in Hałcnów, a convent of the Seraphic Sisters since 1891.
The Pruszyński Manor stands in Hałcnów, a district of Bielsko-Biała, at ul. Siostry Małgorzaty Szewczyk. It was built at the end of the 18th century by the Pruszyński family, the owners of the village, and today a community of Seraphic Sisters lives in the former residence.
The manor has a Neoclassical form. Later its owners were the Czecz family of Kozy, who in 1891 handed the building over to the Seraphic Sisters. The first convent of this congregation in Galicia was established here. Until the Second World War an orphanage operated at it.
In 1945 the manor was seriously damaged by artillery fire, after which it was rebuilt. The building is entered in the heritage register under the numbers 34/60 of 24 February 1960 and A-154/76 of 6 September 1976.
