Brick and stone manor house from the late 19th century in Czepurka, a former Krasiński and Raczyński estate, with a park and a pond.
The manor house in Czepurka, in the municipality of Janów, dates from the late 19th century and is listed in the heritage register. It was built of brick and limestone, and on the west it is adorned with an arcaded portico with two columns.
In the 19th century Czepurka belonged to the poet Zygmunt Krasiński, and later to the Raczyński family, owners of the Janów estate. In the 1930s the estate was bought by Mieczysław Kurpiowski, manager of the Złoty Potok estate, and his descendants were the owners until 2011.
The building has a rectangular plan and a basement with a vaulted, single-chamber cellar. The portico is crowned by a triangular gable with a wavy line. On the south a lower annexe with two buttresses adjoins it. The grounds cover over 8 hectares: garden, park and forest greenery, meadows and a pond fed by a spring. Of the farm buildings, fragments of a barn, a sheepfold and a granary have survived. In the area lies the Raczyński Palace in Złoty Potok.
