FunHouse Katowice - Interactive Pinball and Arcade Museum

Bogucicka 7, Katowice
About FunHouse Katowice - Interactive Pinball and Arcade Museum

An interactive museum of pinball machines and arcade games in Katowice: over 200 retro machines to play without a time limit.

A museum of pinball machines and arcade games at ul. Bogucicka 7 in Katowice-Zawodzie, where the exhibits are meant to be played, not looked at behind glass. According to the venue's website, the collection holds over 200 retro machines: pinball machines, arcade cabinets and consoles.

How the museum works

You enter with a ticket and play the available machines without a time limit and without inserting coins. The venue's website states that no reservation is needed, and that with a ticket you can leave and return on the same day. At least 180 working machines are meant to be available each day.

The interior keeps the feel of the amusement arcades of the 1980s and 1990s. There is a bar with drinks and snacks. The organisers also take groups and birthday parties and hire out machines for events, with details on their website.

Who it's for

The venue is indoors, so it works well on rainy days. Children up to and including 13 years old must be accompanied by a guardian, and every person entering needs a ticket. It is about 700 metres from here to the Silesian Museum in Katowice.
