A modernist town hall from 1927 with a tower where the wings meet, still the seat of the town authorities.
The town hall in Łaziska Górne was opened in 1927, when the locality did not yet have town rights. To this day it is the seat of the local authorities, and it was not damaged during the war.
The brick building represents modernism, then regarded as a modern style. It has two wings set in the shape of the letter L, two storeys and hipped roofs. The elevations are modest, decorated only with a cornice between the floors. Where the wings meet stands a tower with small clocks, which houses the main entrance; the form is meant to refer to mine shafts. In the past the town hall also housed a police station. The building was entered in the heritage register in 2005.
Nearby stands the Church of Our Lady Queen of the Holy Rosary, and a little further on the Energy Museum.
