A brick chapel in Trzebiesławice with 18th-century furnishings and bell, entered in the heritage register in 1967.
The brick chapel in Trzebiesławice, a district of Dąbrowa Górnicza, is built in the manner of a small church. It is one of the city's registered monuments, and the interior preserves furnishings from the 18th century.
The chapel was built of brick on a rectangular plan. Sources say that it was built in the 15th or the 18th century, so its exact dating is uncertain. The furnishings date from the 18th century. The tower is now covered with sheet metal, and originally it was covered with shingles. An 18th-century bell hangs in the tower.
In 1986-1989 the chapel served as the parish church of the parish of Our Lady Help of Christians, until a new church was built. Masses are celebrated in it. The monument was entered in the register under number 808/67 in 1967.
