Bernardine monastery in Częstochowa established in 1993, with a parish and the Church of St John of Dukla.
The Church and Monastery of St John of Dukla in Częstochowa belong to the Bernardine fathers. The monastery was established on 2 July 1993, and a year later a parish was formed at it.
The parish has about 1900 faithful. The friars teach catechesis at a primary school and are chaplains of the remand prison and the hospital.
According to the same description, the parish church of St John of Dukla was at the finishing stage, and daily Masses were celebrated in a small side chapel. The current state of construction and service times should be checked with the monastery.
