The Church of Our Lady Help of Christians on Jagiellońska Street is the parish church of the Dąbrówka Wielka district in Piekary Śląskie. It was built of brick in the Neo-Romanesque style and was entered in the heritage register in 1998.
The building was erected in 1882-1883 as a chapel to a design by Paul Jackisch. When it became too cramped, it was extended in 1902-1903 to a design by Ludwig Schneider. The church was blessed in 1903. It has a single nave and a single tower.
In the south wall a plaque is set commemorating the victims of 1914-1918 and 1919-1921.
