Parish church in Ciężkowice, Jaworzno, built to a design by Ludwik Wojtyczko and consecrated in 1946.
The Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is the parish church in Ciężkowice, part of Jaworzno. It was built in the 20th century to a design by a Kraków architect, and its beginnings are linked with the former chapel of St Rosalia.
At the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries a chapel dedicated to St Rosalia of Palermo was built in Ciężkowice. The first plans for building the present church appeared in 1924, and on 10 July 1928 the Parish Committee passed a resolution to erect it. The design was prepared by Ludwik Wojtyczko, a Kraków architect. The church was consecrated on 20 October 1946 by Bishop Stanisław Rospond.
