A late Baroque brick church from 1767, founded by the voivode of Malbork Michał Czapski, with a holy water stoup of Kielce marble.
The former parish Church of St Michael the Archangel in Chrząstów, a part of Koniecpol, is a late Baroque church completed in 1767. The founder was Michał Czapski, voivode of Malbork.
The brick church has one nave divided by pilasters into two bays and a short, rectangular chancel. Behind it stands a sacristy with a small treasury. The gabled roof, covered with tiles, is crowned with a turret for the sanctus bell. The windows have profiled frames. The grounds are surrounded by an old wall with a gate at the front, and behind the chancel stands a bell tower.
The furnishings include three altars, with a painting of Our Lady of Sorrows from the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries in the right side altar, and late Baroque pews from the second half of the 18th century. The holy water stoup of Kielce marble was made from an old Ionic capital from the palace, in the first half of the 17th century. The church also has memorial plaques of the Potocki family.
In Koniecpol stand the palace and the Church of the Holy Trinity.
