Church of the Most Holy Trinity in Błędów

The Church of the Most Holy Trinity is in Błędów, a district of Dąbrowa Górnicza, and belongs to the Łazy deanery of the Diocese of Sosnowiec. The present brick church was built in 1952-1960.

Construction and consecration

The church came about thanks to the efforts of the faithful and Father Jan Pietrzyk. It was solemnly consecrated on 30 May 1960 by Stanisław Czajka, auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Częstochowa.

Interior

Inside stands a new neo-Gothic high altar with a painting of the Holy Trinity. It was built thanks to the efforts of the faithful and Father Bronisław Waksmundski, and designed by Stefan Andrzej Deja.
