A villa built in 1905 by the Hochbergs on Wzgórze Wandy in Murcki, today the seat of a kindergarten.
The Palace of the Princes of Pszczyna (Pałacyk książąt pszczyńskich) stands in Katowice-Murcki at ul. Bielska 1, on a rise called Wzgórze Wandy (Wanda's Hill). It was built in 1905 by the Hochberg family, the princes of Pszczyna.
The building stands on the slopes of Białobrzeska Góra, today called Wzgórze Wandy, near the former Silesian Forest (Puszcza Śląska). From the start it served as a leisure villa. In time the director of a nearby mine lived in it, and since 15 May 1975 it has housed Municipal Kindergarten no. 72. It has been in the heritage register since a decision of 6 April 2023.
Right next to it stretches the Murcki Park, so the palace is best viewed from the outside during a walk around Murcki.
