A Baroque church from the early 18th century with rich stucco decoration and the image of Our Lady of Nakło, crowned in 2009.
St Nicholas's Church in Nakło is a Baroque parish church in the Lelów municipality, listed in the heritage register. Construction began in the early 16th century, and the present church was completed before 1712. It was consecrated in 1726 by the Cistercian abbot of Jędrzejów.
The nave has three bays, and the chancel is narrower and closed with a semicircular end. The barrel vault with lunettes is decorated with plaster stucco: in the nave large double-headed eagles, small trees and tendrils, in the chancel festoons and putti. On the north side adjoins the chapel of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary from the 17th century. The altars are Baroque, and the walls are decorated with epitaphs from the 18th and 19th centuries.
In the church a 17th-century image of Our Lady of Nakło is venerated, crowned on 8 March 2009. According to tradition earlier crowns were stolen, and the present ones are imitations. In 2010-2015 the roof and roof truss were replaced and the façades renovated.
