Historic park in the centre of Mikołów with a playground, an outdoor gym and a brine graduation tower.
Małe Planty is a park and recreation complex in the centre of Mikołów, laid out in the garden style. The park was founded in the 18th century, covers about 1.8 ha and, together with Duże Planty, is entered in the heritage register as a single park complex.
From the south gate, on the side of the historic market square, the park begins with a playground. Further on there is an outdoor gym and a brine graduation tower. The Aleksander stream flows underground through Małe Planty and comes to the surface only at Świętego Wojciecha Street, just before it flows into the Jamna. Górnicza Street separates it from Duże Planty.
The park lies next to the Mikołów market square, and nearby stands the Basilica of St Adalbert.
