Palace on the Pilica, extended at the end of the 19th century from a manor house of the late 16th century, surrounded by an English park with a pond.
Radoszewnica Palace stands in Częstochowa County, on the Pilica, close to the Trail of the Eagles' Nests. The present residence descends from a manor house of the late 16th century, which was thoroughly extended at the end of the 19th century by the Ostrowski family of the Korab coat of arms.
Over the years Radoszewnica belonged to, among others, the Dobiecki, Koniecpolski, Czapski and Potocki families. From the 19th century until 1945 it was in the hands of the Ostrowskis. After the Second World War the manor house was turned into a school, which in the conditions of the Polish People's Republic meant a lack of adequate repairs. After the school was closed the building began to fall into ruin, and was later rebuilt.
The palace has a plan close to the letter "U", the arms being formed by two side wings. The main entrance is framed by a portal with four columns, and on the garden side a semicircular terrace supported on columns has a similar portal. It is surrounded by a large English park with a big pond reaching the Pilica river. Nearby stands a wooden house of the estate manager.
