A Baroque manor church from 1781 in Ożarowice, founded by Felicjan Bontani.
A small Baroque church in Ożarowice was built as a manor church. Construction was completed in 1781, and the founder was Felicjan Bontani, co-owner of the village.
The church is oriented and single-nave, built on a rectangular plan with a gabled roof and a ridge turret. A sacristy was added on the south. The most expressive feature is the facade with an ornamental gable in Baroque forms. Sources differ on the material: one speaks of stone under plaster, another of brick. Inside are three altars.
Today it serves as a branch church and belongs to the Siewierz deanery of the Diocese of Sosnowiec. The feast of St Barbara is celebrated on 4 December. It was entered in the heritage register in 1960, and again in later entries in 1966 and 2020.
