A parish church by the market square in Woźniki with a Gothic core, remodelled in the Renaissance and Baroque periods.
St Catherine's Church stands at Rynek 5 in Woźniki and is the town's main parish church. It is a brick building with a Gothic core and a single tower, entered in the heritage register.
The nave was built in the 14th century in the Gothic style. In the 16th century the church was rebuilt by the Lutherans, who added side chapels. One of them reportedly served as a crypt of the Kamieniec family, owners of Woźniki. It was later altered further in the Renaissance and Baroque spirit. The original tower was wooden, and the brick one was built in 1607-1608. In 1798 the church burnt down during a fire that swept the town, and it was rebuilt by 1829.
The present organ was built in 1908 by the firm Schlag & Söhne of Świdnica. It has 14 stops, two manuals and a pedalboard. Earlier the church had a positive organ with eight stops.
Woźniki has a second historic church, St Valentine's Church, about a kilometre from the market square.
