A Baroque hospital church from 1630, founded by Prince Jerzy Zbaraski.
St George's Church in Pilica is a former hospital church, today a branch church of the parish of Saints John the Baptist and John the Evangelist. It was built in 1630 with funds from Prince Jerzy Zbaraski.
The single-nave, brick Baroque church acquired its present shape after a rebuilding in the second half of the 19th century, following a fire. It has a small turret for the sanctus bell, three windows on the south side and a round window behind the altar. Inside are three altars: the high altar is decorated with columns and pilasters, and in a side altar is an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary. On the north wall stands a late Baroque pulpit. The building is entered in the heritage register.
