A Neoclassical church from 1855, successor to a church from 1529, with round windows with stained glass.
St Matthew's Church in Ogrodzona is a Neoclassical church from 1855, built of stone and brick. It replaced an earlier church from 1529, demolished in 1856, and today it is entered in the heritage register.
The church has a single nave on an elongated rectangular plan, with one tower set into the façade and covered with a tall roof. The façade has one bay, a portal with a pediment and a round window above it. The corners and façades are accented with pilasters, and the side walls of the nave have large round windows with stained glass. The nave and chancel are covered with sail vaults on transverse arches, and in the rear part of the nave stands a music gallery on pillars.
The organ was installed in 1899, and in 1924 two bells were hung, which were requisitioned during the Second World War. Electricity was brought in in 1935, and a year later a new main altar was made during the renovation of the interior. During the renovation in 1961-1965 the windows were changed from semicircular to round.
