A green PTTK walking loop trail of about 115 km, from the Silesian Park in Chorzów through the conurbation's towns and back.
The 25th Anniversary of the PTTK Trail (Szlak Dwudziestopięciolecia PTTK) is a green walking trail in the form of a loop that begins and ends in Chorzów, in the Silesian Park. Some sources give 115 km, while others give from 116 to just under 120 km. The trail is maintained by the PTTK.
The route leads through Chorzów, Siemianowice Śląskie, Będzin, Dąbrowa Górnicza, Sosnowiec, Jaworzno, Ruda Śląska and Katowice. The start is in the Silesian Park.
Along the trail lie, among others, the Silesian Park, Góra Świętej Doroty (St Dorothy's Hill), Las Grodziecki, the Pogoria reservoirs, the Bory peat bog, the Murcki Forests and Kąt Trzech Cesarzy (Three Emperors' Corner). The marking is a green stripe on a white field.
