Ski resort in Korbielów-Kamienna with a two-seat chairlift and one easy, floodlit downhill run.
Kolej Baba is a small ski resort in Korbielów-Kamienna, in the municipality of Jeleśnia, in the Żywiec Beskids. It lies at an altitude of 750 to 920 m above sea level.
The resort has a two-seat chairlift 900 m long with a vertical drop of about 170 m. The only downhill run is 0.9 km long with an average gradient of 19 per cent, and its difficulty is easy (blue). The run is floodlit, groomed and supplied with artificial snow by seven snow cannons. On site there is an equipment service and rental shop.
Right next door, about two hundred metres away, there is a larger resort, the Pilsko Ski Resort in Korbielów. For a quieter outing in the mountains the nearest is the Hala Miziowa mountain hut, about three kilometres away.
