Neo-Baroque parish church in Wojkowice, built from 1929 and consecrated in 1956, entered in the municipal register of monuments.
The Church of St Anthony of Padua in Wojkowice is a Roman Catholic parish church belonging to the Czeladź deanery of the Diocese of Sosnowiec. It is entered in the municipal register of monuments.
Construction of the Neo-Baroque church began on 8 October 1929 to a design by Stefan Szyller and Wiesław Kononowicz. The foundation stone was blessed on 5 September 1937, and the finished church was consecrated on 30 September 1956 by the Bishop of Częstochowa, Zdzisław Goliński. Almost thirty years therefore passed from the start of construction to the consecration, with a break for the war.
