A Neo-Baroque church from 1929-1930 in Radlin II, a district of Wodzisław Śląski.
The Church of St Mary Magdalene stands in Radlin II, a district of Wodzisław Śląski. The present Neo-Baroque building was erected in 1929-1930 on the site of older churches.
The village of Radlin was founded around 1300. The original church was destroyed, probably during the Hussite wars, and by 1652 it had been rebuilt. Until 1904 it served as a branch of the parish.
The present church was designed by the architect Affa of Racibórz. Construction was completed in 1929, and the consecration took place on 21 September 1930. The style is Neo-Baroque. The building is in the municipal register of monuments.
Nearby lies the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Radlin, and in the centre of Wodzisław the Dietrichstein Palace.
