What it is built of

The construction is of logs, of larch beams, on a high stone foundation. The gabled roof has wide eaves, and above the main entrance rises a gable with a balcony. A covered porch runs around the building.

Style

The decoration alludes to the traditional Swiss villa and recalls Tyrolean design. The heritage register describes the style as Alpine.

Layout of the interior

From the entrance a corridor leads to the office and a living room, from which one passes to two further rooms. Beyond is the utility part with stairs to the attic and passages to the cellar, kitchen and livestock section. The outbuilding and the fence with a gate are also entered in the register.

The lime trees and the area

Around grow five lime trees recognised as natural monuments, estimated to be 150-200 years old. Nearby lie Chata na Zagroniu and the Church of St Joseph in Ujsoły, and further on the trails to Rysianka.
