Kępa Park in Sosnowiec

Kępa Park is a municipal park of 2.5 hectares in the Sosnowiec district of Zagórze. It is bounded by the streets Braci Mieroszewskich, Kępa and Modrzewiowa, and to the east it neighbours allotment gardens.

What is here

The most distinctive feature of the park is the skatepark run by MOSiR Sosnowiec (the Sosnowiec Sports and Recreation Centre). The other facilities still date from the 1970s.

The cycling trail

The Las Zagórski Cycling Trail starts from the park and leads through Las Zagórski to Jacek Kuroń Park.

• Location: Sosnowiec-Zagórze, at the junction of ulica Braci Mieroszewskich and ulica Kępa.
