A rope park in a Sosnowiec city park, with courses at heights of 4 to 10 metres.
The Lina Adrena rope park is in the Jacek Kuroń City Park in Sosnowiec. The courses run between trees at heights from a few to ten metres, and participants are clipped by a safety rope to specialist climbing equipment.
According to the park's website the hardest course is Generał (General): 20 obstacles at a height of 10 metres, 200 metres in total, for people 150 cm tall or more and in good physical shape. The Kapral (Corporal) course has 18 obstacles and is suspended at about 4 metres, for children from 120 cm tall. The Oficer (Officer) course, of medium difficulty, runs at about 6 metres and has 17 obstacles, and Sierżant (Sergeant), 150 metres long, at about 5 metres. There are also easier courses, including Starszy Szeregowy (Lance Corporal) with 16 obstacles.
The obstacles include Burma bridges, net walkways, trapezes, moving walkways and zip lines. The courses are designed so that the obstacles do not repeat.
The park operates seasonally. The website gives a schedule with hours at weekends in September and October, and the situation on a given day must be checked before arrival. The park has an offer for schools and events, and another venue of the same company is by Lake Czechowice in Gliwice.
