The palace in Rudziniec is a brick residence from the mid-19th century, entered in the heritage register. It stands on ulica Zamkowa and is part of a palace complex with a park.
Building work lasted roughly from 1840 to 1860, and the heritage register gives the years 1841-1850. The construction is linked with the von Ruffer-Rother family. Earlier, in 1787-1833, the village was the seat of one line of the von Groeling family.
The building is of brick. Its style is described variously: as late Neoclassicism and as Eclecticism.
A park adjoins the palace. In its grounds survive the remains of a chapel, an ice house and a small footbridge. A description of the park can be found under the palace and park complex in Rudziniec.
Only a few hundred metres away stands the Church of St Michael the Archangel. About six kilometres from here lies the palace and park complex in Pławniowice.
