A forest reserve from 1957 protecting a stand of common yew, with beech wood and riparian forest over 8 ha.
The Cisy Nature Reserve near Sieraków lies in the Ciasna municipality in Lubliniec County. It was established in 1957, covers 8.05 ha and is under active protection.
It protects a natural habitat of common yew. One of the communities is acidic lowland beech wood, in which beeches dominate and the stand is over 150 years old. The other is a streamside ash-alder riparian forest with black alder and ash. Also growing here are a central Polish pine-oak mixed forest and a subcontinental oak-hornbeam forest with hornbeam, pedunculate oak and small-leaved lime. The reserve has stands of the moss Dicranum viride.
From the south the reserve adjoins a forest clearing on which lies the settlement and brickworks of Przywary. It is about 3 km from here to Sieraków Śląski with its Church of Sts Peter and Paul the Apostles.
