The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes in Kochłowice is a late Baroque church from 1806, the oldest in Ruda Śląska. It was declared a Marian sanctuary on 19 December 2008.
The church was built of local stone and consecrated on 26 October 1806. The costs were partly covered by Count Lazarus Henckel von Donnersmarck and his wife Antonia, and the builder was Hoffman of Rybnik.
It is a single-nave church 31 m long and 10.5 m wide, with a lower and narrower chancel and a square sacristy. The tower with a clock ends in a domed helm with a lantern and a cross. Inside there are a Baroque-Neoclassical pulpit from the 18th century and a Baroque stone font.
The object of devotion is the Lourdes grotto, blessed on 8 December 1904. The status of sanctuary was granted by the Archbishop of Katowice, Damian Zimoń.
