Four small reservoirs on the Białka in the Kroczyce municipality, with a beach, kayak hire and the start of a trail through the Kroczyce Rocks.
The Dzibice Reservoir consists of four small artificial reservoirs on the Białka river, in the Kroczyce municipality in Zawiercie County. It is most often called the Kostkowice Reservoir, but that name is incorrect: the reservoirs lie in the village of Dzibice, not in Kostkowice.
The largest is the western reservoir, and the smallest are the two in the middle. All lie at the foot of the Słupsko hill, the northernmost elevation of the Kroczyce Rocks. From the rock outcrops on Słupsko there is a wide panorama, which also takes in the reservoir. A section of the Central Railway Line runs along the northern edge.
The reservoir is a recreation spot for residents and tourists: for swimming and angling. In the summer season you can hire kayaks and boats, and there is a sandy beach and a snack bar. Between the largest reservoir and the Słupsko hill the municipality has set up a large car park and a camping area.
The Rzędkowice Trail begins at the reservoir: Dzibice Reservoir, Słupsko, Kołaczyk, Góra Zborów, the Jura Natural and Cultural Heritage Centre, the Rzędkowice Rocks and Włodowice.
