Events in Racibórz: films at Kino Bałtyk, concerts and cabaret at the Raciborskie Centrum Kultury, clubs and the Strzecha culture house. Pick a day.
Racibórz lies in the south-west of the Silesian Voivodeship and has several dozen events in the calendar. The mix is balanced: cinema and music lead, while theatre and cabaret have the same number of dates. For residents and guests it is a convenient map of what happens in town after dark.
Two addresses dominate: the Raciborskie Centrum Kultury (the Racibórz cultural centre) and Kino Bałtyk. A few entries concern the RCK Dom Kultury STRZECHA, and Klub Amnezja and Przystanek Kulturalny Koniec Świata have one event each.
The Raciborskie Centrum Kultury organises mainly stage events and Kino Bałtyk screenings. Strzecha belongs to the same centre, so its programme can complement the offer of the main stage. Klub Amnezja and Przystanek Kulturalny Koniec Świata are smaller places that the calendar describes only briefly, so the event description will settle their character.
The biggest groups are almost equal: cinema in Racibórz has fifteen dates and concerts fourteen. Cabaret and theatre have eight entries each. Everything is gathered under events in Racibórz.
If you care about a film, choose the cinema and a day, because screenings are the most numerous. For live music look at the Raciborskie Centrum Kultury, and for a smaller club evening at Amnezja or Przystanek Kulturalny Koniec Świata. Cabaret and theatre have equally many dates, so browsing them takes a moment and lets you compare the two kinds of events.
In a town of this size the calendar is not overloaded, so a day trip to Racibórz is best planned ahead by checking which day has an interesting item on the programme.
