Funzeum

Funzeum is a centre of children's imagination in Gliwice, in the Europa Centralna shopping centre at Pszczyńska 315. It covers 4,000 m² and works on the principle that children should do things here, not look at exhibits. Alongside it are Kolejkowo and House of Air, neighbouring attractions for families.

Four zones and workshops

The space is built around four ways of getting to know the world: Build, Create, Discover and Move. Each zone offers two workshops, and a participant chooses one and also uses the attractions of the whole zone. One workshop is always included in the ticket price.

• TechLab: building a vehicle from construction bricks and testing it on a ramp,
• CraftLab: cardboard constructions using safe screws and connectors,
• ArtLab: painting and developing manual skills,
• DesignLab: designing items of clothing and a catwalk show,
• ScienceLab: spectacular chemistry experiments,
• TubanLab: making your own slime.

In addition there is a zone for the youngest with large soft blocks, chalk drawing and a little explorer's trail, and an activity zone, available regardless of the chosen zone. What the children make at the workshops they take home.

• Address: Europa Centralna shopping centre, Pszczyńska 315, Gliwice.
• The ticket is valid for 3 hours and covers all zones. It can be bought on site or online, and the visit can be extended at the ticket desk.
• Current opening hours are listed on the venue's website.
• There is free parking at the shopping centre. By public transport use lines 678 and 232 (trading and non-trading Sundays differ, check the timetable).
• On site there are toilets, the FunCafe café and the FunShop gift shop. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
