A reinforced concrete arch bridge from 1931-1933 on the railway line to Wisła Głębce, over the Dziechcinka valley.
The railway bridge over the Dziechcinka valley is a reinforced concrete arch bridge in Wisła, on the mountain railway line laid from Goleszów. It was built in 1931-1933.
The authors of the design were the engineers Stanisław Saski and Tadeusz Mejer. The construction was carried out by the firm of Ksawery Goryanowicz, supervision was exercised by the reinforced concrete expert Jan Gustaw Grycz, and the works manager was the engineer Karol Grelowski.
The bridge belongs to the last section of the Goleszów - Wisła Głębce line, opened on 11 September 1933. Two reinforced concrete viaducts were built on it: over the Dziechcinka valley and over the valley of the Łabajów stream. The line was planned to be extended through Istebna and Koniaków towards the Soła valley, with further viaducts modelled on these two, but after the Second World War this intention was abandoned.
Close to the bridge stands Ochorowiczówka, and a little further the "Adam Małysz Sports Trophies" Gallery in Wisła.
