Świerklaniec Trail

The Świerklaniec Trail is a blue hiking trail from Grodziec to Miasteczko Śląskie. Its length is given as 26 km, and a large part of the route runs through forests.

Route

The trail leads through Strzyżowice, Rogoźnik, Wymysłów and Świerklaniec, and ends in Miasteczko Śląskie. It passes three reservoirs: Rogoźnik, Kozłowa Góra and Chechło-Nakło. It also goes through the palace park in Świerklaniec.

Who it's for

The trail links suburban forests with the area around Świerklaniec, so it suits a full-day outing with a visit to the park and one of the lakes. Given its length, the route can also be divided into shorter sections, using the villages along the way: Rogoźnik, Wymysłów and Świerklaniec.
