A rope park in the forest by the lower station of the Żar Mountain cable car, with courses from age 3 and zip lines.
The Trollandia rope park operates in the forest by the lower station of the cable car to Żar Mountain in Międzybrodzie Żywieckie. It is a high-level system of platforms and rope obstacles mounted on trees.
According to the park's website there are several courses of differing difficulty to choose from. Trollinkowo is for children from 3 years old and has 12 obstacles. The green course “Dzielny skrzat” (Brave Gnome) has 10 obstacles and is for children from 6. The blue “Spacer włóczykija” (The Wanderer's Walk) and the red “Leśna tułaczka” (Forest Wandering) have 13 obstacles each and are for people from 8, with the red one being the most difficult and having two zip lines. In addition “Trolka tyrolka” consists of six descents, the longest section being 120 m, for people from 16.
Participants receive certified equipment and instruction, and instructors watch over the courses. The park operates seasonally: according to the website longest in summer, and in spring and autumn only at weekends, depending on the weather.
Nearby is Lake Międzybrodzie, about 2 km further on.
