The aquapark in Leśna is on Sasanki Street, a few kilometres from the centre of Żywiec. It is open all year, because the main pools are indoors and the outdoor part operates seasonally, in summer.
The venue's website lists indoor and outdoor pools and a water slide. There is also a sauna zone with Finnish, steam and infrared saunas and a brine jacuzzi, heated to 40°C all year round.
The venue is aimed at families, but it also accepts organised groups and training courses. It is a sensible idea for a day of poorer weather, when conditions in the mountains are not right for hiking.
In the area it is worth combining a visit with the Żywiec Brewery Museum, about 2.4 km away.
