Which buildings should you see in Skoczów?

The Town Hall in Skoczów of 1797, late Baroque, with a tower and coats of arms on the facade, stands on the western side of the Market Square; it was rebuilt in 1934. The history of the square is told in the article Skoczów: Jonasz na rynku, pożar 1756 roku i miasto murowane. The Church of Saints Peter and Paul of 1762 is a late Baroque three-aisled hall church with galleries, listed as a monument in 1960.

The Church of the Holy Trinity is an Evangelical-Augsburg brick church of 1863-1865 on Wilamowice Hill, to a design by Horky, an architect from Vienna. The Church of the Finding of the Holy Cross, nicknamed the little hospital, developed from a fourteenth-century chapel of the town hospital; it has a wall painting about St John Sarkander and a stone font.
