Złatna for couples means the PTTK hut on Hala Lipowska, Gawra in Złatna-Huta and Hala Redykalna below Redykalny Wierch.
All three places are in the Żywiec Beskids and call for fitness and an unhurried pace. They suggest a hike for two rather than a short stroll.
The PTTK hut on Hala Lipowska stands a few hundred metres east of the summit of Lipowski Wierch, at over 1,200 m above sea level. Work began in 1931 on the initiative of the German Beskidenverein and it opened in 1932. From Rysianka meadow it takes about 15 minutes to walk here.
Hala Redykalna is a clearing below Redykalny Wierch (1,146 m), over 500 metres long and 100-150 metres wide, beside the yellow trail to Rysianka. The name comes from redyk, the spring driving of sheep to pasture.
Lower down, in Złatna-Huta by the upper course of the Bystra stream, lies the Gawra hut at 680 m above sea level. It began as a mountain hut and today works as a private accommodation venue with 28 beds, a snack bar and a campfire shelter.
Today it is a private accommodation venue, a former tourist hut.
From redyk, the spring driving of sheep to pasture. More places for couples are in the category Złatna and in for couples in Silesia.
