Churches and monasteries in Koziegłowy include a Gothic church with wall paintings, the Baroque St Barbara's Church and a wooden Mariavite church of 1917.
In Koziegłowy three buildings of different denominations and styles stand close together. The Gothic church and the wooden Mariavite church are direct neighbours, so one walk takes in both.
The Church of St Mary Magdalene and Corpus Christi was built in 1470 in the Gothic style. In 1972 a cycle of 27 medieval Passion wall paintings was discovered in it, which makes it well known among art lovers. In 1595 a wooden nave was added to the chancel, and in 1679 a brick one replaced it. Right beside it stands the small wooden Mariavite Church of St Paschal, completed in 1917, single-nave, with a porch.
St Barbara's Church is a Baroque building of the seventeenth century, raised together with an almshouse for the poor. Stanisław Kawiecki and his wife Barbara née Przerębska founded it, and in 1670 a prebend was established. It is a registered monument and serves as a branch church. The locality's other addresses are gathered in things to do in Koziegłowy, and more churches in the category churches and monasteries in Silesia.
