Culture in central Katowice (Śródmieście): the CINiBA library, the Youth Palace of 1948-1951 and the modernist pavilion of the Bureau of Art Exhibitions.
Three places in the city centre bring together knowledge, education and art. Each is indoors, so they suit a day of poor weather.
